This kind dog was very good model in Topkapi palace`s garden, in Istanbul, Turkey.

I agree this is Tommy his Turkish brother..

I notice that there seem to e a lot of "loose" dogs in Europe. Are they strays or just out and about until their owners call them? This is a lovely photo with the blue roof in the background....a handsome fellow as well!~
