She/he was clean, assertively walking and quite calmly jumped on a bench near Sultan`s palace in Sevastopol.

Cats are beautiful.
Where I live cats are more furtive. People are not always nice to them. Chase them for fun. Like to scare them, I guess. I love it that these cats are so at ease in the company of humans!
