This photo was one of my first posts to this blog, and with a heavy heart, I'm reposting this. Brandy is the pet who belongs to my daughter's family. After Brandy was brought home from the animal shelter, she quickly won our hearts. In addition, her patience taught young granddaughter Olivia how to treat an animal. As a result Olivia is a loving and kind owner of animals who appreciate and cares for them well. Unfortunately, Brandy is now very sick with cancer which has spread to her lungs. Her days are numbered. We grieve for her and will soon have to curtail her pain. Poor Brandy who gave us so much love!!

I feel very sorry for you and the family. Hope Brandy is not in pain too much. I wish you all a lot of strength
It's so difficult to part! You gave Brandy lots of love, too and will be helping to ease her departing with love. She's done her work here and will leave a compassionate youngster in her wake.
I am sorry that your cat is so sick. I am a cat lover and each time one of them died I was devastated. We had to bury four of them.They were all very sweet animals.
