Chow time!

While living in Mazatalan, Mexico for the next 3 months, my husband and I are trying to do something useful by volunteering at Amigos de Los Animales. It's a shelter for dogs and cats operating on a shoestring in a city where there are too many neglected and often abused animals. We help out by walking dogs to give them needed exercise and affection while giving the small staff time to do their duties.
