I noticed this book on my shelf this afternoon and thought you all would enjoy a little note from my childhood. I grew up on the edge of Philadelphia in the house across from Prince Michael who, as you can see, was an author! He ruled over two elderly sisters (at least they seemed elderly to me when I was 5 or 6 years old). When his books were published, I was invited over for a copy that was "paw-o-graphed" especially for me. Those childhood books went the way of all things but I snatched this up on ebay a few years back.
