Well, Hans, you made me remember my cousin Ludovina, first degree to my father; she left Sesimbra after marriage and lived for decades faraway, allways dreaming the day she would taste again the good fish of Sesimbra. Finaly, one day, she returned, for a week of visits to the family; these good people, that eat excellent fish everyday, they all thought: this is a special ocasion, let's do a special meal for Ludovina; and they all made fried chicken.
This is true. My mother, of peasant origins, took the easy way in this village: grilled fish. Ludovina said: thanks God, I thought I was was going back home without tasting good fish.

ha ha great story well I am fish-fan we life near the sea and we buy often fresh fish...
